As a registered dietitian with 10 years of experience working in weight management and behavior change, in addition to years of personal self work, I have created a unique program that empowers you to stop looking outside of yourself for answers to your health and wellbeing, and learn to understand yourself and your body so that you can uncover true wellness from within.

What my Nutrition Coaching Program provides:
– My guidance every step of the way. I will hold you accountable and help coach you through the ups and downs of creating the life you want
– A minimum of 16 weekly one-on-one 25 minute nutrition/lifestyle coaching sessions
– Exploration of your personal health goals
– Assessments of your current habits
– Identifying and addressing root causes to help build new desirable habits
– Weekly goal setting and assignments
– Weekly office hours to get questions answered in between sessions
– Nutrition handouts, lifestyle logs, and resources to assist in your transformation
– A new way of looking at food, your body, and the way you move through life

What my program does NOT provide:
– Weekly meal plans
– A restrictive calorie requirement
– An extreme exercise regimen
– A fad diet
– Tailored recipes
Why? Because these don’t work for long term change! When you work with me, we are going to set you up for a lifetime of sustainable health habits so that you never need to go on a diet again.

With nutrition coaching, we will explore what a healthy diet and lifestyle look like for YOU, and then dive into those behaviors that are holding you back from achieving your goals.
